Children and young people who do a lot to help look after family are often called young carers. Looking after someone can make you feel good, but it can also make you worry and feel stressed out.
Being a young carer sometimes makes things tougher at school too. You spend so much time with the person you look after that you don't get much time for homework, going out or being with your friends.
You don’t have to feel alone, the Carers’ Centre is here to help young carers of all ages who live in Bath and North East Somerset.
If you’re worried about asking us for help, ask someone you trust, like your doctor, teacher, mum or dad to get in touch for you.
