We're here to help adults who look after someone

Join our community

If you look after someone, we are here for you. By joining The Carers’ Centre you’ll meet people who understand what you’re going through, and will listen to you. You will also gain access to a range of fantastic and free services to support you.

Why we're here

Looking after someone due to old age, illness, disability, mental health difficulties or an addiction can be very rewarding, but can also take a toll on our physical and mental wellbeing.

We provide a lifeline for the friends and families helping their loved ones get the best out of life.

We offer opportunities to help you focus on your own health and wellbeing, connect you to others in a similar situation and we are on hand to help you navigate the challenges of caring.
