Looking after a friend or family member is an amazing thing to do, but it can also be really tough. 

If you need someone to talk to, we're here for you.

You can call our friendly team through our Freephone Support Line on 0800 0388 885 or support@banescarerscentre.org.uk (Mon - Fri, 9am - 1pm). 

We can answer your questions and point you in the right direction to help you and your family.

Who can access our Support Line?

Any age can call the support line - for you and and your family can call to ask something

Our Freephone Support Line is open to all. If you have a question or want to speak to someone you can contact us directly, or we can speak to a friend or family member.

Here's some answer to common questions about our Freephone Support Line.

We're sorry if you're unable to get through, sometimes our lines can be very busy. You will be able to leave a voicemail with your contact details and we will respond to your message as soon as we can. (Please allow up to three working days).

Out of our opening hours you are welcome to leave a message with us or email support@banescarerscentre.org.uk

On evenings, weekends and bank holidays, for support with urgent caring issues you can phone the Emergency Duty Social Work Team on 01454 615 165.

If there is immediate danger always phone the police on 999. The non-urgent police number is 101.

We will never sell your personal data, and will only ever share it with organisations we work with where necessary and if its privacy and security are guaranteed.

If you request that we refer you to a third party organisation we will only undertake this with your permission.

Under our agreement with Bath and North East Somerset Council, we will share personal information (name, date of birth, postcode) of children accessing our young carers services.
