Services for carers - Expert help

We offer a wide range of free services that can help you in your role as a carer.

Free one-to-one support is provided by the Carers’ Centre to help to deal with the issues of caring for someone. This support can be accessed through home visits from the team of specialist Carers' Officers or by telephone through the Carers’ Line: 01761 431389.

One-to-one support – time with an expert to give help and advice.
Benefits advice – the right advice and support empowers carers to navigate their way through social care, health and benefits systems.
Support groups – receive help and advice from other carers.
Emergency planning – support for when a crisis occurs.
