Training for employers

Carer Awareness Training has already been delivered to hundreds of professionals in Bath and North East Somerset by the Carer' Centre. This training is designed to help businesses to identify “hidden carers” they may employ and to help them to understand the needs of people who care for others.

Further training is ongoing and the Centre is keen to hear from any employer that would benefit from receiving Carer Awareness Training for their managers and team leaders.
